Bonnie has worked in the Real Estate/Mortgage industry for the past four years. Currently, Bonnie serves as the firm's Legal Assistant and Pre-Closer where she starts the process of the real estate transaction by ordering title, payoffs and preparing preliminaries for Attorney review. Before joining FrickTrent, PLLC, Bonnie served as Receptionist/Pre-Closer for Trey Inman & Associates, PC's South Carolina location. Bonnie also served as a processor at Day Star Lending and Bella Home Mortgage in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Bonnie has quickly earned a stellar reputation among some of the firm's most respected clients.
Stacey Y. Sauls
Closing Paralegal
Stacey has worked in real estate transactions for the past six years. Stacey obtained her undergraduate degree from Winthrop University in 2005. Currently, Stacey serves as a paralegal at FrickTrent, PLLC where she processes loan packages, prepares settlement statements and oversees the funding and disbursements. Prior to joining FrickTrent, PLLC, Stacey served as head paralegal for Morton & Getty's, LLC's Indian Land, South Carolina office. Stacey is well respected by some of the regions leading builders, mortgage brokers and realtors.
Erin Haley

Erin has worked in the legal industry for the past four years. She began at Morton and Gettys, LLC in Indian Land, South Carolina as the Legal Secretary/Pre-Closer where she ordered title work, payoffs and preformed various other office tasks. She has also worked in other fields such as Criminal Law, Probate, Wills and Estates and Family Law but has found that Real Estate is her passion. Erin obtained her Associates Degree in Business, specializing in Paralegal Studies in August of 2010 and began working as a Paralegal at Cordell Law, LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina. Currently Erin is working as one of our Closing Paralegals.
